It seems that a new National Duel Academy is opening to all duelists. From beginners to advance duelists. There are 1284 registered duelists including 54 High Rank Duel teachers. One of them is Professor Hestive Ock, the world famous duelists and professor. We have recieved word that a Duel Hut was robbed by some vandals. There were 2. 1 had a tall body and red hair.
