My predictions on what could be hit and what could make a comeback, along with my
reasoning as to why, for this September:
Unlimited:
Semi-Limited:
Honest (If people would dust off their oldest cards and look through them, they would find one called
Reverse Trap. It works perfectly for countering
Honest, and, best of all, its Unlimited!
Honest is good, but, if people find their
Reverse Traps, it wouldn't be that good. Bring it up to 2.)
Rescue Rabbit (Its too broken in this format, even without priority. Hit it in some way.)
Limited:
Glow-up Bulb/
Spore (Okay,
Xyz's have had their chance. Its time to
return one of these annoying suckers to the game. I mean, if Plaguespreader is allowed, then these two should be as well. Its only fair.)
Sinister Serpent (This would be the totally unexpected move that Konami would pull.)
Dark Magician of Chaos (Don't lie. You all knew this one has been coming for a while. Its just way too good to have at "unlimited", but its also balanced enough to take off of "forbidden" now, and its kinda unfair to leave
Spellcasters with crap and give
Dragons and
Plants godly cards. This will come back, I am almost 100% sure of it.)
Wind-Up Carrier Zenmaity (Its high time that an
Xyz gets hit, and this one is one of the worst offenders. The loop this thing can cause is way beyond unfair.)
Finally, the moment we've all been waiting for.....
Forbidden:
Dark Hole (As much as I LOVE this card, I think we may be bidding it "adieu" for a brief amount of time this year. I get the feeling that this is the powerful card that will get cycled out this time around.)
Wind-Up Zenmaines (A card that can negate its destruction and then destroy any other card on the
field. That should be enough explanation for this sucker.)
*As much as I want it to be hit, I don't think Tour Guide will get hit yet. It would still be too new in the OCG to be placed in the banlist for this September, unfortunately......
