Play tips for this YuGiOh Card

• This card can be searched via Sangan, Mystic Tomato, Flamvell Poun, Pyramid Turtle, and Goblin Zombie.

• Since this card is a level 2 monster you can re-summon it with Graceful Revival.

• When this card is removed from play by its own effect you can bring it back with Escape from the Dark Dimension.

• You can use this card's effect in combination with the effects of Destiny Hero - Dasher, Destiny Hero - Diamond Dude, and Destiny Hero - Malicious.

• If this card is in either player's Graveyard, you can Special Summon it with the effect of Zombie Master to gain instant access to Doomkaiser Dragon or Revived King Ha Des.

• Use Malevolent Mech - Goku En and "Plaguespreader Zombie" to Synchro Summon a Stardust Dragon or many other Synchro Monsters in your first turn. The Synchro Summoning conditions of Avenging Knight Parshaths are met in this situation.

• Use Armageddon Knight, Foolish Burial or Dark Grepher to send this card to the Graveyard from your Deck to have instant access to this card.

• Use Imperial Iron Wall to keep this card from being removed from play. You can then continue to recycle it at will.

• This card can be revived with Junk Synchron, therefore not having to remove it from play.

• You can use this card in conjunction with Shutendoji to continuously send it back to the deck.

• Being level 2, this card is very useful in a Zombie Deck. The two Level 6 Zombie Synchro cards, Revived King Ha Des and Doomkaiser Dragon can be Synchro Summoned using this card and cards like Zombie Master, Pyramid Turtle, Goblin Zombie, Gernia and Mezuki. This card can also be used to Synchro Summon Level 8 Synchro Monsters (like Stardust Dragon, Red Dragon Archfiend and Thought Ruler Archfiend) when used in combination with cards like Ryu Kokki, Il Blud, Vampire's Curse and Lich Lord, King of the Underworld.

• This could be a very good card to use in a Lightsworn Deck, because you could send a Wulf, Lightsworn Beast back to the top of your Deck that would usually be a dead card. You are then free to mill it in the End Phase, or through the effect of Ryko, Lightsworn Hunter or Celestia, Lightsworn Angel, or maybe even Charge of the Light Brigade. This would net you a free monster, while also allowing a Synchro Summon.

• Use Dark Grepher to discard Destiny Hero - Malicious and use his other effect to send "Plaguespreader Zombie" to the Graveyard. Then you can Summon a Level 8 Synchro Monster and still be able to Normal Summon a monster. If used with Emergency Teleport you can swarm the field with Synchro Monsters. You even Summon Dark Armed Dragon.

• By reviving this card from your Graveyard, you may use its effect to return a low Level Normal Monster to your Deck, for Enchanting Fitting Room. This might also be enough to set up a Synchro Summon.

• Using a "Plaguespreader Zombie" with Quillbolt Hedgehog while you have a Card of Safe Return and Imperial Iron Wall on the field, allows you to summon a wave of Synchro Monsters if you have at least two Quillbolt Hedgehog in the Graveyard. Note that unless you summon another monster and use it as a Synchro Material Monster, you can summon two Level 8 Synchro Monsters (if you have three Quillbolt Hedgehogs), a Level 6 one, and then a level 4 one. As the only Level four Synchro is Armory Arm you may wish to simply summon three of these to equip to the other Synchro Monsters, as they are moved to Spell & Trap zones and will not prevent summoning another monster. Even if you decide not to summon Synchro Monsters, you can still use the Quillbolt Hedgehogs and "Plaguespreader Zombie" as Tributes for powerful monsters, Cannon Soldier, or to easily make use of Obelisk the Tormentor.
  • You can, however, summon up to 4 level 8 Synchro Monsters. Summon the first two via the normal way. Then Summon a Level 6 Synchro Monster. Then tune the newly revived "Plaguespreader Zombie" with the Level 6 Synchro Monster. For the last one, Summon the level 4 Synchro Monster, then tune the revived "Plagespreader Zombie" with the level 4 monster to make a level 6, and then revive "Plagespreader Zombie" again and tune for your last level 8 Synchro.

• Combo this card with Monster Gate.

• Special summon this card from your graveyard on each turn with Il Blud to Synchro Summon multiple times.

• You can first activate the effect of "Plaguespreader Zombie", then, you can send the card you sent to the top of your deck to the Graveyard to activate the effect of Glow-Up Bulb, it's useful to Synchro Summon twice, and also, to activate effects like Dasher's effect.

• You can Special Summon this card with its effect, and Special Summon a Quillbolt Hedgehog from your Graveyard with its effect, so you can Xyz Summon Gachi Gachi Gantetsu. When Gachi Gachi Gantetsu is destroyed (or it has no more Xyz Materials), you can repeat this combo to Special Summon another Gachi Gachi Gantetsu.

• This card's effect works great to return one dead Reborn Tengu in your hand to your Deck while you have another Reborn Tengu on the field. Synchro Summon a Lv 6 monster, and Special Summon the returned Tengu.

• This card can be searched via Witch of the Black Forest and Last Will.

• Combo this card with Card of Safe Return to not lose Hand Advantage.

• This card may be used to Synchro Summon Dark Strike Fighter on the first turn. Special Summon The Tricky by discarding "Plaguespreader Zombie" and revive "Plaguespreader Zombie". Then send both to the Graveyard in order to Summon "Dark Strike Fighter".

• Using a "Plaguespreader Zombie" while you have a Card of Safe Return and a Imperial Iron Wall on the field with Shadowpriestess of Ohm and 1 or more cards in your hand, you can continually inflict 800 damage to your opponent. Play a Shadowpriestess of Ohm and use its effect tributing "Plaguespreader Zombie" then activating "Plaguespreader Zombie"'s effect to special summon him from the graveyard using "Card of Safe Return" to return the card from the effect "Plaguespreader Zombie" to your hand to repeat the cycle creating an OTK
  • You can also make an endless mill with the effect of Soul-Absorbing Bone Tower. Again, this requires Imperial Iron Wall and Card of Safe Return.
