Play tips for this YuGiOh Card

• Use this with the effect of Cyber Dragon, Swift Gaia the Fierce Knight or The Fiend Megacyber and use lots of Equip Spell Cards.

• Excellent against the Monarchs. This card basically turns the Monarchs into dead weight, locking up your opponent's hand.

• Use this card against a Steelswarm deck to render it nearly useless (as a Steelswarm deck is revolved around tribute summoning)

• When equipping Mask of the Accursed to an opposing monster, it is best to have "Mask of Restrict" on the field to prevent the equipped monster from being Tributed.

• This card can be used to counter Destiny Hero - Plasma and Stardust Dragon as they will not be able to be tributed.

• This card can potentially work very well in a Gladiator Beast deck, since there are only a few high-level Gladiator Beasts that go in the Deck, and they can all be Special Summoned out of the deck under the right circumstances.

• This card can be used as a counter to Gravekeeper's Decks, as Gravekeeper's Descendant will be unable to do anything to you.

• Useful against decks that rely on Exiled Force.

• This is also very good against Plant decks since a lot of their effects include making a tribute. To name a few, Lonefire Blossom, Pollinosis, and "Tytannial" all require tributes, and are the major staples of Plant decks.

• Since Yubel requires a Tribute each turn just to stay on the field, this card is one of its weaknesses.

• Use this with Lava Golem so your opponent cannot tribute it. However, take caution, as you cannot summon "Lava Golem" while "Mask of Restrict" is active.

• If used in a deck with Final Attack Orders and Royal Oppression with high attack four star monsters like Goblin Attack Force and Goblin Elite Attack Force, and other cards of the sort, you could put your opponent in an extremely tight spot. Be sure to have a few Destruction Jammer cards and other counter traps handy to keep these traps from being destroyed.

• Use the above stategy with Uria, Lord of Searing Flames and surprise your opponent with a high attacker. Be warned though that once you do this, you could lose your advantage if you don't have the right cards handy as backup.

• You can use this card in a deck based on the Polar Gods (as Synchro Summoning isn't tributing it won't impede their summoning) to prevent your opponent from tributing your gods to stop their revival effects through cards like Soul Exchange or tributing the gods after taking control of them with like Enemy Controller.

• Side deck this card in a Synchro deck against decks such as Macro Monarch, since sending monsters to the graveyard for a Synchro Summon is not considered Tributing.

• This card works well against Infernity because it can negate the effect of Infernity Mirage.

• Use this card in combo with Volcanic Queen so your opponent will can't Tribute it and also then use their effect against you in addition of take 1000 Life Points every of of his End Phase cause it can't Tribute monsters to avoid the damage.

• This card stop the combo with Frogs, this card stop the effect of Substitoad without the effect of "Substitoad" that deck's functionality falls.
