Play tips for this YuGiOh Card

• This card can be searched via Sangan, Last Will, Witch of the Black Forest, Magician's Circle, and Shining Angel.

• Equip a union monster such as Heavy Mech Support Platform to have the union monster destroyed instead of the actual fusion monster.

• Naturia Exterio is an ideal card to summon with this card as it prevents your opponent from playing spell or trap cards.

• Gaia Drake, the Universal Force (3500 ATK) and Fiend Skull Dragon are not destroyed by the effect of Summoner of Illusions.

• Card Guard can protect a monster which would be destroyed by Summoner of Illusions.

• Soul Exchange can be used to tribute your enemies monster instead of your own.

• If you use a card like Different Dimension Gate or D.D. Sprite or Dimensionhole to remove the card temporarily from the field, the special summoned Fusion monster won't be destroyed by Summoner of Illusions.

• Cards which flip a monster into face down defense position such as "[[Book of Moon]" can be used on the special summoned Fusion monster to prevent Summoner of Illusions from destroying the monster summoned by his effect.

• Use this card's effect to Special Summon a monster with extremely high ATK from your Fusion Deck (such as "Blue-Eyes Ultimate Dragon" or "Master of Oz") and Tribute the Summoned monster to Summon "Great Maju Garzett" with up to 9000 ATK. You could then tribute him for the effect of Catapult Turtle.

• When building a deck based around this card, you can use Treeborn Frog for easy Tribute Fodder.

• You can activate a deal with dark ruler when the monster is destroyed and get a Berserk Dragon from your deck so you're not open during your opponents turn.

• This card works well with Miracle Fusion, Dragon's Mirror, etc. Just summon a Fusion that's also a Fusion Material (such as Blue-Eyes Ultimate Dragon), and it's usable for a Fusion Summon even if it gets sent to the Graveyard.

• This card provides a very easy way to summon Blue-Eyes Shining Dragon, allowing you to summon the Ultimate with a simple Tribute.

• Use Chaos Infinity to Flip this card and you can use the Meklord monster that was Summoned for tribute by this card's effect, to Summon a Fusion Monster
  • since all monsters that your opponent will have Changed to Attack Position by Chaos Infinity, Special Summon Barbaroid, the Ultimate Battle Machine by Summoner of Illusions' effect and inflict a brutal Damage to your opponent. (Use Limiter Removal to make an OTK)

• You can use Metamorphosis to transform the "illusion" you created into another version of it self, the illusion will sent to the graveyard and another fusion monster will be drawn from the fusion and will replace it, this one will stay on the field since it is not the original "illusion" but another special summoned monster.

• Another good use of this card is to summon Fusions that have an immediately usable effect, like Thousand-Eyes Restrict (which takes an opponent's monster with it when it dies) or "King Dragun" (free Dragon from your hand).
