Rulings for Reckless GreedYu-gi-oh! Card

If "" is activated, causing you to skip your next 2 Draw phases, and you also must skip your Draw Phase due to another such as "", the skipped Phases do not accumulate. So if you activate "" and "", you only skip 2 Draw Phases.

Skipping a Draw Phase is an , not a cost, so if "" is negated you do not skip your Draw Phases.

Play tips for this YuGiOh Card

  • The second of is not cumulative, so if 2 or 3 of them are activated in one turn, the player still only skips his/her next 2 Draw Phases. The principle applies if you activate in the same turn that you activate this card. You will still only miss 2 Draw Phases, not 3.
  • If you draw in the same turn you played set it, so you play in the opponent's turn to still only skips your next 2 Draw Phases instead 3 if you play it on your next turn.
  • This card can also be useful in Traditional Format if you find yourself in a Lockdown. (Though the chances of you ever getting to use are slim, as your opponent most probably will deplate your hand with cards like .
  • This card is useful to play in response to .
  • This card's draw back can actually save you in a pinch if you're running a Lightsworn deck. This will prevent you from drawing when you have no more cards left in your deck.
  • This card is very useful in decks that are fairly quick, but lack draw power (Drawing Extra Cards), like and Aliens.
  • This card is arguably best played in sets of threes, as it increases the chance of not only drawing multiple copies of this card, but also the speed at which you draw cards.
  • If you are close to winning but you need one or two more cards, play this card after your draw phase to draw the maximum amount of cards.
    • Avoid playing this card during your opponent's turn, as you will miss your next draw.
  • Play this card towards the end of the countdown of as the next 2 draw phases won't happen if the countdown finishes.
