Play tips for this YuGiOh Card

• This card can be searched via Iron Core Specimen Lab.

• You can use this card's maintenance cost of discarding a Koa'ki Meiru monster to set up plays with Urgent Synthesis, Core Reinforcement, and Koa'ki Meiru Rooklord.

• Normal Summon a Koa'ki Meiru Urnight and use his effect to Summon any "Koa'ki Meiru". Then, remove the Iron Core of Koa'ki Meiru for "Maximus", play Core Overclock and attack directly for an OTK. Since you can summon Koa'ki Meiru Bergzak, Koa'ki Meiru Guardian or Koa'ki Meiru Sandman, and "Maximus" can destroy any card, it's extremely hard for your opponent to survive.

• Koa'ki Meiru Crusader and Koa'ki Meiru Speeder can help with this card's cost, but you will also need to reveal something to keep one of them alive as well.
  • Use Heart of Clear Water to protect "Koa'ki Meiru Speeder", that way you can maintain your hand, and this card no problem.

• Since this card is a Semi-Nomi monster, it can be used in a Hopeless Dragon deck. Summon it using its effect, then, after it is destroyed at the end of the turn, Special Summon it with Red-Eyes Darkness Metal Dragon during your next turn.

• Special Summon this card and Normal Summon Magna Drago for a quick Synchro Summon of Trident Dragion.

• Be careful about using this card. It is very hard to return Spells and Traps that have been removed from play, so your "Iron Core of Koa'ki Meiru" will be effectively rendered useless for the rest of the duel.

• This card works well with Koa'ki Meiru Ghoulungulate as Maximus' maintenance cost requires you to discard monsters which can in turn be used to fuel Ghoulungulate's effect.
